Reset Google permissions (revoke token)

Google gives Flashissue a permission (token) to connect to your account. If that permission gets corrupted, you may be unable to sign in, Flashissue may get stuck loading, or Google may keep asking for "offline access". Resetting the permission fixes this.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Google account you use with Flashissue.
  2. Go to myaccount.google.com/connections. You can also get there from Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services.
  3. Check that you're looking at the right account (top right).
  4. Click Flashissue, then Delete all connections (or Remove access).
  5. Do the same for any other Google accounts you use with Flashissue.
  6. Restart Chrome, open Flashissue and sign in again. Allow the permissions when asked.

If it still isn't fixed, reinstall the extension.
