Set a Reply-To address¶
The Reply-To address is where replies go when a recipient clicks Reply. It can be different from the address your email is sent from.
For example, you might send from news@yourcompany.com and have replies go to support@yourcompany.com.
Set Reply-To for an email¶
- Make sure the address is verified. Reply-To addresses use the same verified address list as From addresses. See Add a sender address.
- In the Editor, under the From line, click Reply-To: (it shows same as From until you change it).
- Pick the address you want replies to go to, or Same as From to undo.
- Send a test email to yourself and click Reply to check where the reply goes.
If you leave Reply-To unchanged, replies go to your From address.
Good to know¶
- Changing Reply-To doesn't change who the email appears to come from.
- Addresses verified in the older combined "From / Reply-To" setting still work as Reply-To addresses.
