Flashissue isn't showing in Gmail (extension, blue button, loading)

Flashissue appears inside Gmail through the Flashissue Chrome extension. You can always use the web app at app.flashissue.com instead. It has the same features and works in any browser.

1. Use Google Chrome on a computer

The extension only works in Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop. It doesn't work in Firefox, Safari or Edge, or on phones.

2. Check the extension is on

  1. Go to chrome://extensions in Chrome.
  2. Find Flashissue and make sure it's switched on.
  3. Close every Gmail tab, then open Gmail again.

If Flashissue isn't listed, install it again from flashissue.com. See Reinstall or uninstall the extension. Reinstalling doesn't delete any of your Flashissue data.

3. No blue Flashissue button: check your Gmail language

The in-Gmail button supports some Gmail display languages only (for example English, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Russian). To switch, go to Gmail Settings → General → Language, save, then open a new Gmail tab. Or use the web app, which works in any language.

4. Flashissue looks squashed or "falls off" the screen

Your browser is probably zoomed in. Press Ctrl+0 (Windows) or Cmd+0 (Mac) to reset the zoom.

5. Stuck on "Loading" or "Hold on a sec"

This is usually caused by blocked cookies or an expired Google permission:

  1. Turn on cookies.
  2. Reset your Google permissions.
