Email credits & renewal date

What's a credit?

1 email credit = 1 email to 1 recipient. Sending one newsletter to 250 people uses 250 credits.

Your plan gives you a set number of credits each month. When they run out, you can send again after your renewal date, or upgrade to get more now. Test sends to Test send to self don't use credits. See Send a test email.

Check your credits and renewal date

Open Team Invites & Settings from the Flashissue menu. Your email usage and renewal date are shown at the top right.

"Insufficient email credits"

You see this when your list is bigger than the credits you have left. For example, with 30 credits left you can't send to 40 people. Send to a smaller list, wait until your renewal date, or upgrade.

On a Team plan, a member may have hit their own limit. See Shared credits on Team plans.

Pay As You Go credits

If you bought Pay As You Go credits, your balance is on your Account page, and each email you send uses 1 credit. You're not charged automatically when the balance reaches zero. Flashissue asks you to buy more instead.

Pay As You Go credits don't carry over to a monthly or flat-rate plan. They stay on your account in case you switch back.

Lost credits because of a problem on our side?

Email support@flashissue.com. We can temporarily raise your sending limit to make up for the credits you lost.
