Free trial¶
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of premium features, which begins when you first sign in.
Free plan¶
When the trial ends, you move to the Free plan unless you subscribe. It includes a small monthly allowance of email credits and no premium features.
Premium plans¶
Paid plans have mostly the same features. They differ in:
- email credits per month: 1 credit is 1 email to 1 recipient. See Email credits.
- how many team members you can add. See Team plans.
Plan size depends on the total number of contacts in your Flashissue mailing lists, not the size of your Google address book. The counter on the Lists tab shows your total.
Monthly or flat rate¶
- Monthly: billed every month.
- Flat rate: pay once for a fixed period (for example, two years). Your email credits still refresh every 30 days during that period. At the end, you choose whether to renew.
Non-profit & education¶
Registered non-profits and schools can get a discount on premium plans. Email support@flashissue.com to ask. We check eligibility after payment.
