Unsubscribe link & mailing address footer (CAN-SPAM)

Anti-spam laws require every bulk email to include a way to unsubscribe and the sender's mailing address. Flashissue adds both to the bottom of every email automatically. Click Preview in the Editor to see them.

It's required for bulk email. If someone unsubscribes by mistake, see Re-subscribe someone.

You might want an extra link near the top of your email, with your own wording.

  1. Edit a text block and click the right-most toolbar button to show the advanced toolbar.
  2. Click Input, then Unsubscribe Link.
  3. To change the wording, double-click the link and edit only the Display Text. Leave the link type, protocol and URL as they are.

Set or change your mailing address

You're asked for your address the first time you send an email. To change it:

  1. Open the Flashissue menu (top right of the Editor) and choose Account.
  2. Find the address form, make your changes and click Save Address.
