Pause or cancel your subscription¶
Can I pause?¶
No, you can't put payments on hold. If you won't use Flashissue for a while, cancel and subscribe again when you're back. Your lists, templates, drafts and reports stay in your account.
Cancel¶
- Open the Flashissue menu in the Editor and choose Account.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling takes effect immediately. Your account moves to the Free plan, and you lose premium features straight away. We don't offer full or partial refunds.
You can still get your past invoices after you cancel. See Payment methods, receipts & invoices.
