Team plans overview & admin dashboard¶
A Team plan lets several people in your organisation work in Flashissue under one paid plan.
What teams can do¶
- One bill: members don't pay separately. They use the admin's plan.
- Shared email credits: members' sends use the team's monthly credits. Admins can cap each member. See Shared credits.
- Shared templates: save an email as a Team template and the whole team can use it. See Team templates.
- Shared mailing lists: list owners can share lists with the team. See Share a mailing list.
- A team mailing list: an automatic list of everyone on your team, handy for team announcements.
Admins and members¶
- The admin set up the team. They invite and remove members, and change team settings.
- Members use the shared plan, templates and lists. Admins can give members extra permissions. See Roles & permissions.
The Team admin dashboard¶
Open the Flashissue menu and choose Team Invites & Settings. From there you can:
- see your email usage and renewal date,
- set your Team name, which members see,
- set a User Email Limit, the most emails a member can send per month,
- add an RSS Content feed that loads into members' content gallery,
- invite and manage members. See Invite, manage & remove members.
